Terms of Service

1. Agreement To Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Level Zero LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company"), governing your purchase of the Level Zero Build product. By placing an order or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Product

Level Zero Build delivers: (1) one complete deployment-ready HTML website file with custom copy; (2) one Deployment Instructions; (3) a How To Hire Your Developer guide; (4) a How To Fire Before You Hire vetting checklist; (5) a Domain & Hosting Starter Sheet; (6) a Go-Live Verification Checklist. All delivered as a zip file via email.

The Company does not provide web hosting, domain registration, deployment services, ongoing maintenance, technical support after delivery, SEO management, paid advertising, or any services beyond the deliverables described above unless explicitly contracted separately.

2.1 Custom Copy

Copy is written based on information provided in the intake form. The Company makes no guarantee that copy will perfectly mirror Client's voice or preferences. Copy is written to serve conversion objectives.

3. Payment Terms

Payment of $895.00 USD (inclusive of Stripe processing fees) is due in full at time of order via Stripe. Work does not commence until payment is confirmed and the intake form is completed and submitted.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery is within five (5) business days of intake form submission, provided the form is complete. Delivery may be delayed if the intake form is incomplete, Client fails to respond to clarification requests within two (2) business days, or circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control arise.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final once the intake form is submitted and work commences. A full refund will be issued only if the Company fails to deliver within five (5) business days of intake form submission without cause on Client's part. Refunds are not issued for subjective dissatisfaction with copy style, structural choices that conform to the Company's framework, deployment issues, changes in business circumstances, or Client's failure to complete the intake form.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and delivery, Client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered files for their own business purposes. Client may modify delivered files after receipt. Files may not be resold or redistributed commercially without prior written consent. The Company retains ownership of its conversion framework, structural methodology, and underlying systems.

7. Scope Limitations

The following are explicitly outside scope without a separate written agreement: web hosting, deployment, domain registration, ongoing maintenance, e-commerce, custom web applications, SEO campaigns, paid advertising, social media management, logo design, branding, or redesigning existing websites.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOMES, REVENUE INCREASES, LEAD GENERATION, CONVERSION IMPROVEMENTS, SEARCH ENGINE RANKINGS, OR ORGANIC TRAFFIC LEVELS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $895.00 USD. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Broward County, Florida. Prior to legal proceedings, Client agrees to contact the Company in writing and allow fifteen (15) business days for good-faith resolution.

11. Agent Program

The Level Zero Agent Program program is governed by a separate Independent Contractor Agreement signed at time of enrollment. Agents are independent contractors, not employees. Scout commissions are paid via Stripe Connect. Level Zero LLC reserves the right to modify commission rates or terminate the Agent program with 30 days notice to active Agents. Agents are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable solicitation, email, and marketing laws in their jurisdiction.
