Submit it on the intake form and we'll consider incorporating it. The conversion structure requires specific types of content at specific points - we won't use copy verbatim if it works against the structure.

Work begins within 2 hours of intake form receipt of your completed intake form submission. Delivery within 48 hours. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. If we miss the window without cause on your part, you receive a full refund.

An incomplete intake form is the main delay. Fill it out completely on first submission. If we need clarification and don't hear back within 2 business days, the project goes to back of queue.
