Refund Policy
Effective Date
This Refund Policy is effective as of April 1, 2026 and applies to all purchases made through levelzerobuild.com.
All Sales Are Final Once Work Begins
All sales are final once work begins. We deliver the complete structure and copy ZIP within 48 hours of intake form submission. No refunds are issued after delivery.
Work begins immediately upon receipt of your completed intake form following payment. The resources allocated to your order — copywriting, structural analysis, and build time — are non-recoverable from that point forward.
By completing your purchase, submitting your intake form, and checking the acknowledgment checkbox at checkout, you explicitly agree that all sales are final once work commences.
The Only Remedy: Free Rebuild
The sole remedy available after delivery is a free rebuild. If the delivered files fail our own 30-point behavioral conversion audit — meaning every structural criterion is not addressed — we rebuild at no additional cost.
To invoke this remedy, contact info@levelzerobuild.com within 14 days of delivery with a specific description of the unmet criterion. We review and respond within 2 business days.
No other remedy, monetary or otherwise, is available after work has commenced.
Pre-Commencement Cancellation
If you have paid but have not yet submitted your completed intake form, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment by contacting info@levelzerobuild.com. Cancellations in this window are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Once your intake form has been submitted, work has commenced and no refund will be issued under any circumstance.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Chargebacks filed after work has commenced will be contested. We retain full documentation of every order including: IP address at time of checkout agreement, explicit checkbox acknowledgment of these terms, intake form submission timestamp, delivery confirmation with ZIP file transfer record, and any correspondence.
Chargebacks will be disputed with this documentation submitted directly to the card network. Disputes filed in bad faith after delivery of the ZIP file may result in referral to a collections process.
We encourage any client with a concern to contact us directly at info@levelzerobuild.com or 954-367-9274 before initiating a dispute. Most concerns are resolved the same day.
Scout Commission Structure
A portion of every referred sale ($179) is transferred to an independent Scout contractor at time of purchase via Stripe Connect. This transfer is non-reversible. Refunds cannot be issued once payment has processed, as a portion has already been disbursed to a third party.
